When you use AutoSSL, we collect information you provide, such as domain names and third-party configurations, to generate certificates or deploy certificates to third-party cloud services.
Communications Information
We collect your name, email address and other information you choose to provide in communications with us, including through the "Feedback" or "Contact Us" page.
Payment Details
When you register to use any of our paid Services, our payment processing partner Stripe, Inc. may collect and process your billing details such as your name, credit card information, and billing address. Payment information is not shared with us and is maintained by Stripe.

Usage Information
We collect usage data about your interactions with the Services, including, but not limited to, information on operation settings, number of certificates, domain, deploy targets.
Device Information
When you use our Services, we collect the device information such as device type, unique identifier (UID), IP address, and operating system.

When you collaborate with other users, we may display your basic account information (e.g., your name or username) to those users.
Cloud service providers who we rely on for compute and data storage
Including Vercel in the United States, a trusted cloud platform known for its robust security and compliance standards. Additionally, we utilize Cloudflare for enhanced performance and protection, ensuring your data is securely transmitted and stored.
Platform support providers who help us manage and monitor the Services
Including Umami, which is based in the U.S. and provides user event data for our Services.
Analytics providers who provide analytics, segmentation and mobile measurement services and help us understand our user base

Payment processors

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, partnership, asset sale or other transaction, we may disclose your Personal Information as part of that transaction.

However, the transfer of Personal Information through the internet will carry its own inherent risks and we do not guarantee 100% security of your data transmitted through the internet. You make any such transfer at your own risk.
Our products and other web properties are operated in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, UK, or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using our websites or services and/or providing us with your personal information, you consent to this transfer.
6. How We Delete Your Data
AutoSSL stores all Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy, or for as long as we are required to do so by law or in order to comply with a regulatory obligation.
When you ask to delete your account and all data, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours. These actions can't be undone.
